How we use your message

What we collect and why. Your name, email, chosen subject and message, so we can answer you. Lawful basis: steps at your request before a contract where you are asking about publishing, GDPR Article 6(1)(b); otherwise our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence, GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Retention. Messages are deleted 12 months after the exchange ends, by a scheduled job.
Who sees it. Only FootRevo ApS and the hosting provider that stores the database on our instruction. We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and use no automated decision-making or profiling on it.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under Article 21. You may complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Anti-abuse. We store a salted one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting. The address itself is never written to the database or to our logs.
